Gold star-worthy is the centerpiece of GRAY Awards: a competition celebrating the world’s most creative projects in architecture, interiors, landscape, and product design. Winners are local, regional, national, and international designers.

In homage to the place GRAY calls home, this honor is reserved for a designer based in the Pacific Northwest region of North America. We welcome your nominations. 

Eligibility

Judging criteria. 

  • Aesthetic quality

  • Exceptional style.

  • Overall creativity.

  • Function.

  • Innovation.

Eligibility. 

We accept products that have been fully realized after June 2022. For the Landscape category, projects must be realized after June 2020

With the exception of Wild Card, Student, Visionary, and On the Boards categories, all projects must be fully realized (not conceptual). 

Design Students must be enrolled in an architecture or design program at time of entry or graduated from design program in 2024.

A single project can be entered into any or all categories they are eligible for including judges categories and breakout categories.

 

You may submit projects that have been entered in past GRAY Awards providing they still meet eligibility requirements.
