When will my subscription start?

You will receive the next available issue, which will be sent in 6 to 9 weeks.

 

I am missing an issue, what can I do?

You can request a replacement via your subscription management site. Alternatively, please contact our customer services team.

 

Can I change the delivery address or any personal details?

Yes, subscriptions can be delivered to any address. The only requirement is that the delivery country matches the country selected when you add something to your basket. You can choose the specific delivery address as part of the checkout process.

 

I’m having trouble purchasing a subscription, who can help me?

How do I know if the purchase is confirmed?

You will receive an email receipt. Please check your spam folders if you don’t receive anything.

 

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will auto-renew, but you may cancel at any time. Note, we do not refund canceled issues. 

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please contact our customer services team who will be happy to help. Once a subscription is paid, we do not extend refunds.
