Digitally, each participating firm is featured in a roster that links to their online portfolio or Q&A blog story on graymag.com which is auto-populated on the homepage in chronological order. GRAY promotes each firm at least once in our newsletter and on social media per issue placement.

Online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. To be invoiced, do not place your order here, instead reach out to advertising[at]graymag.com for assistance. Note: All ads must be pre-paid before they are published. See additional note in Rate Changes below.
Ads ordered and paid for online will not be refunded for any reason including cancellations. This is non-negotiable.
Your completed ad must be received by the deadline. If it is not received on time, GRAY will run one of your ads from our archives or it will be bumped to the next available issue at GRAY's discretion. GRAY is under no obligation to seek your permission for such substitution. The ad will not be refunded.
Deadlines and publication dates are subject to change.
All ads must conform to GRAY Specs, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. Ads that do not conform to the Specs may not be printed or may print incorrectly. GRAY shall not be liable for printing errors or color reproduction. Upon submittal, GRAY will review ads to ensure that your ad meets GRAY Specs.
Ads must conform to standards of honesty and lawfulness, GRAY will not accept ads that appear to be deceitful and will reject any ad considered inappropriate or not up to quality standards. Ads provided to GRAY may not appear to look like editorial.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of ads and information you provide to GRAY, even if GRAY is assisting with the design and production of your ad.
GRAY reserves the right to refuse ads for any reason, at GRAY’s sole discretion.
By placing your order, you are confirming that you are authorized to place this order on behalf of the advertiser.
Advertisers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GRAY and its agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, loss, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or connected to the content of any ad, including, but not limited to, claims for or related to (i) ads furnished by an Advertiser that violate the personal or property rights, including, but not limited to, trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, of any third party; and (ii) allegations that any descriptions or depictions of Advertiser’s organization, products, services or industry are false, misleading, inaccurate, or improper.
Readership / Circulation
GRAY readership/circulation is approximate, evolving, and subject to change. GRAY makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided in the Media Kit regarding readership or circulation.
GRAY ad rates are subject to change. Making a multiple-issue commitment will only lock in an Advertiser's starting ad rate if the Advertiser pays in full or for the entire ad run at the beginning of the reservation. Advertisers paying per issue will be subject to rate changes.
The advertising contract contains the entire understanding between the parties in connection with the subject matter hereof, and it supersedes and replaces all prior negotiations, agreements, or representations. If any provision of the contract is found to violate any law or otherwise be legally defective, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, without affecting the binding effect and enforceability of any other provisions. The contract shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, and both parties hereto consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
