One of the standout debuts at this year’s Studio north at IDS Vancouver was the CNC-routed, ash-topped Cusp coffee table from Portland-based Bosque Design. Lauren Hackett founded the studio in 2015 after securing a degree in architecture. “I’m influenced by designers like Eileen Gray, who built her career by combining architecture and furniture design, and always pushed boundaries,” says Hackett.
