The two-level space along West Pender Street boasts an open footprint that’s been designed to look like a home, featuring rooms outfitted in Poliform goods and accessories, glass partitions that don’t infringe upon sightlines, and homey materials such as dark wood and stone crop up throughout the space.
“Poliform’s unique ability is to provide a lifestyle experience,” says Amit Thale, director for Poliform Vancouver. “We have [made] our lifestyle center a destination where our design community and clients can visualize the brand’s production capabilities along with an emphasis on materials and craftsmanship.
Each room within the store is devoted to showcasing its aesthetic and functional furnishing options, including bookcases, walk-in closet systems, beds, kitchens, dining tables, sofas, armchairs, and accessories—all in a slew of fabrics, materials, and colors. The concept, Thale explains, lets shoppers see how a particular piece looks in a living room or a bedroom or even coordinates with other elements from the collection. “Many times clients can’t visualize the furniture in a space.” Thanks to Poliform, that problem is now solved.
